The Prozorro.Sales electronic auction system for the sale and lease of state assets conducted 23.5 thousand successful auctions by mid-2020, generating over $1 billion for the government.
When the MK-Consulting team took on the project, it was already operational but lacked sufficient documentation. In addition to supporting and modernizing the infrastructure, the team’s tasks included auditing and documenting the system, merging two databases, and transferring knowledge about the system to the client’s team.
About our client
The State Enterprise “Prozorro.Sales” is responsible for administering the electronic trading system (ETS) for the sale of state and municipal property. It also serves as the central database for electronic auctions. Through the electronic auction system, citizens and businesses gain access to the purchase of unique assets owned by the government in various areas, including:
