The system is being introduced with the aim of creating an integrated platform for automating and managing business processes related to the employment of healthcare workers at all levels, ensuring broad access to up-to-date vacancies for all categories of employees.
About our client
Ministry of Health of Ukraine — is the main body in the system of central executive bodies that ensures the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of health care, combating HIV infection/AIDS and other socially dangerous diseases, ensures the formation and implementation of state policy in the sphere of creation, production, quality control and sale of medicinal products, medical immunobiological preparations and medical products, in the sphere of circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors, combating their illegal circulation, and also ensures the formation of state policy in the sphere of sanitary and epidemic welfare of the population.

Goal
To enhance the efficiency and transparency of the Ministry of Health’s operations in fulfilling its responsibilities related to citizen interactions concerning employment, specifically regarding the appointment of candidates to positions through competitive processes. This will be achieved by automating the procedures for submitting documents for participation in competitions, processing these documents, evaluating candidates, determining winners, and subsequently publishing the results.
The implementation of this electronic service offers several significant advantages:
- Increased convenience and accessibility: A user-friendly interface will allow healthcare professionals to easily find current vacancies and for healthcare institutions to select qualified specialists and quickly fill their staffing needs
- Enhanced efficiency – automated processes for job searching, application submission, tracking submitted applications, and making changes to existing resumes will significantly reduce the time and effort required for employment.
- Ensured quality, transparency, and fairness in recruitment. Detailed profiles and selection criteria for positions will help healthcare institutions make optimal choices for each vacancy, while healthcare professionals will have a clear understanding of the terms and prospects of their potential career at the chosen institution.
- Reduction of healthcare workforce shortages. Effective search and recruitment of qualified healthcare professionals will help ensure the provision of adequate medical, pharmaceutical, and rehabilitation care, as well as optimize the processes of determining staffing needs and forming state orders for the training of healthcare specialists.
