E-Stock national pharmaceuticals inventory tracking system
Design & Development from Scratch
e-Stock – electronic system «Stocks management of medicines, medical devices and supplementary products» – it`s the system to standardize the planning and approval of demands and capture and aggregate procurement-related information on medicines from facilities level, medical devices and supplementary products through a web-based platform to facilitate decision-making processes.
The team of 16 specialists developed requirements specifications for developing a complex electronic system, «Stocks management of medicines, medical devices and supplementary products», which includes ten Modules. As part of the first implementation step, our team realized the first Module of the system – Requisition Module, Backoffice – basic User and organizations management, Common services and Infrastructure, integrated with three external Medical information systems and launched one pilot run in a productive environment.
About our client
Medical Procurement of Ukraine is a centralized procurement agency (CPA) in the field of Ukraine health care. With their help, public customers can conduct procurement for health care institutions that have concluded an agreement with the National Health Service of Ukraine on medical care under the program of medical guarantees (PMG) and structural units for health care of regional and Kyiv city state administrations.

Functional development management of organizations, users, and access to the System:
- User management: CRUD of Organizations, CRUD of Users, Joining / Approval of users to organizations.
- Role model of eStock / Organization / Scope.
- Service for ensuring user authentication using id.gov.ua.
- Integration with USR.
Formation, adjustment and work with demand for medical goods (medicinal products, medical devices and supplementary products to them) according to the nomenclature on the chain of facilities, DoH, MoH according to budget period, program, area of treatment:
- Working with the registry of applications.
- Formation and editing of HCI application.
- Formation and editing of DoH application.
- Formation and editing of MoH application.
- Directories: State Register of Medicines.
Approval of the demand for medical goods (medicinal products, medical devices and supplementary products to them) according to the nomenclature on the chain of HCI, DoH, MoH, according to budget period, program, area of treatment», including:
- calculation of the demand based on contextual information;
- status model for determining the demand according to the nomenclature;
- formation of the composition of the conciliation commission;
- approval/rejection of applications.
Verification of implementation of functional and non-functional requirements and documentation for the System:
- Collection and verification of implementation of all functional requirements;
- Implementation and verification of implementation of the requirements of the following sections: non-functional requirements, administrative infrastructure.
- Documentation on the System;
- Regular reports;
- Unified API for interaction with private Medical Information Systems and MedData;
- Directories: State Register of Medical Devices.
