Deal success fee
To get a success fee a Partner should presents our company, arrange meetings, take ppart in negotiations, and finalizes the contract:
- Prepare MK-Consulting and a Client for a meeting by providing information about each other and a potential project.
- Organize a personal meeting, after which, based on results of negotiations, MK- Consulting and a Client sign a contract for a

Client management
Managing a Client means for a Partner:
- Helping a Client to formulate the need, for example technical task or requirements of a project.
- Constant maintainance of contact with Client’s Decision Makers – at least 2 times a month.
- Support of decision-making, regularly sharing information on the current situation of the Client

Profit sharing
To work under such model a Partner’s team works with our team during whole process of sales, development and delivery of a project.
If there are development costs for Party 1 and Party 2, costs of contract administration, Party 1 and Party 2 shall provide each other with and agree on their costs of the contract prior to the commencement of work, and shall keep monthly updates.
The balance of the profit is distributed according to the % ratio of payment for the work performed by each Party after deducting all the expenses of the Parties and agreed % of the contract amount for the administration of the contract.
